ORDER BASICS

1) Is COD (Cash/Pay on Delivery) available?

A. Yes. It is available and It's FREE.

2) How can I pay Online?

A. We accept all Major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, etc. We also do cash on delivery for maximum locations.

3) Will I receive a confirmation email when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive confirmation email after placing their orders (NOTE: Please contact us if you don't receive one within 12 hours)

4) Can i update my delivery address?

A. Yes, you can. Please kindly inform to our support team with your correct address asap.

5) Can i cancel my order?

A. In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at +9197250 76055 email us your order number at support@swipemart.co (NOTE: Contact us within 12 hours if you wish to cancel your order)

SHIPPING UPDATES

1) How can I track my order?

A. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email from us outlining your tracking information so that you can track your order.

2) Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our manufacturing factory or warehouse located in Gujarat and Maharashtra. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

3) How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It will take usually between 1-2 business days.

4) My order is not delivered yet. What should I do?

A. On the rare occasion that your order is delayed, please kindly contact to our support team via call or email.

5) What shipping carriers do you use?

A. We use all major carriers, and local courier partners of india.

PRODUCT

1) I received defective product, what should i do?

A. 

  • We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your feedback. Please reach out to our dedicated WhatsApp support at +919725076055.
  • Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Just like you, we aim to make your experience as seamless as possible, offering a hassle-free 7-day replacement policy from the date of delivery.

2) I ordered a wrong item. Can I return it?

A. Our return policies don't support the return of item(s) if ordered wrongly. But you can still email us to our team at support@swipemart.co with your query.

3) What does 'Sold out' mean?

A. An item is marked as 'Sold out' when it is not available at the moment; you won't be able to buy it now.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

1) Can I return my product?

A. We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. please check our full 7 days return / exchange policy here.

2) I haven't received my refund yet, what should i do?

A. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact swipemart.co support service at support@swipemart.co or call us at +919725076055.

3) How my refund will process?

A. 

To process for refund, please check these:

  • Send us and image or video of the product along with the label that you received to our whatsapp chat support team at +919725076055.
    Our team will check your issue.
  • Our team will contact you for your UPI Id to process refund.
  • Refund will be initiated within 2 business days to your given detail.

 

NOTE: 1) our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your delivered date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2) Upon confirmation by our dedicated team, The manager will decide the course of action: Either arranging a return via courier or offering a goodwill refund without return. If a return necessary, courier will collect the item. Your refund will be processed upon receipt.
